Analitiq is built for European compliance from the ground up. This page summarizes how we help you meet your obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our Role
For data flowing through our platform, you are the Data Controller and Analitiq acts as the Data Processor. We process Personal Data only on your documented instructions, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
Data Subject Rights
We help you fulfill data subject requests including:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object

Lawful Transfer Mechanisms
Customer data is hosted in the EU. Where international transfers are necessary (e.g., to a sub-processor), we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) together with appropriate supplementary measures.
